Auto Shipping Process
-
Once you have accepted our auto transport price quote for transporting
your car, simply review the quotes and choose the appropriate transproter. Normally all transporters will accept your deposit either
in the form of a Cashiers' Check or US Postal Money Order. You may also use your credit card.
-
Upon receipt of your signed agreements and deposit, we
will begin scheduling your car for transport.
-
Once an auto transporter has been assigned, we will email to you all the information the driver will contact you prior to pickup and delivery.
-
The driver will arrive to pick up your car and will inspect your vehicle for any existing damage. The driver will give a carbon
copy of the inspection report to the person you have assigned to release your car.
Your car is loaded and than is in transport to it's destination. The driver will be making stops along the way to load and unload additional cars possibly that he has scheduled to move ahead of time.
-
The driver will call within 24 hours of delivery to set up a time for delivering your car.
-
Once at the destination, it is your responsibility to inspect the car noting any damage listed at origin and signed by the person
authorized to release your car. Please be certain to note any damage not already on the Bill of Lading prior to signing
the form. Please be certain that any damage is noted on your copy and the drivers Bill of Lading. Once noted, sign both copies and have the driver to also sign both. Should there be any damage, contact the auto transport company at which time they will
advise you on your claim. If the entire transport fee has not been prepaid , then upon delivery the balance is due to the driver in the form of cash or a certified cashiers' check as predisclosed.
